In August 2021, the Interim version (3.8.1) of the Policies & Procedures for QEs and their Participants were released by NYS DOH.
The 2021 policy cycle will be completed in December. Additional changes that have been made to SHIN-NY policy through the work of the SHIN-NY Policy Committee will be submitted to NYS DOH at that time for their internal review process and release of Version 3.9 in the first quarter of 2022.
