NYeC and Hixny sat down with representatives from The Eddy & Community Hospice, part the Community Services Division of St. Peter’s Health Partners, to talk about how they utilize their connection to the SHIN-NY through Hixny, especially in the era of COVID-19, to care for patients in their homes.
