Paul Francis, New York State Deputy Secretary of Health, spoke on a panel at the 2016 Digital Health Conference. Discussing the future of the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY), the State’s health information exchange, Francis and NYeC’s Executive Director, Val Grey, addressed possible implications of a Trump administration, reported POLITICO PRO

“If we face a greater fiscal challenge in Washington … it would really mean we pursue our recent policies more aggressively rather than reverse course,” Francis said
